About VI Government Contracts

A healthy government procurement system is not without the goals of: competition, integrity, transparency, efficiency, customer satisfaction, best value, wealth distribution, risk avoidance; and uniformity.¹ We hope to promote these goals of a healthy procurement system by sharing with you solicitations and contracts from various Virgin Islands autonomous and semi-autonomous government agencies.
